NOTICE: Starting 30 October 2021, all travellers who depart from Canadian airports or travel on VIA Rail and Rocky Mountaineer trains, will need to qualify as a fully vaccinated traveller. This mandatory guideline will also apply to cruise ships travellers once the cruise season commences in 2022.

The sample will be collected by one of our clinic physicians using deep nasal swabbing.
As per Public Health Ontario’s guidelines, antigen testing during Step 2 of reopening should be done 2-3 times per week, and 1-2 times a week during Step 3 of reopening. This frequency of testing will help in identifying the virus in asymptomatic individuals.
You will receive your results in approximately 15 minutes.
If your test results come back positive you will be required to take all necessary health measures and restrictions as per the Public Health Ontario COVID-19 protocols which include staying at home and self isolating. You should seek a PCR test as soon as possible to confirm your diagnosis.
If your test results come back negative, you should continue to follow all public health measures such as physical distancing, wearing a mask, and washing your hands. If you develop symptoms of COVID-19 later, stay home, isolate, and get tested.

The Rapid Antigen Testing has a test sensitivity of 90% when compared to a PCR test.
Yes. The antigen-based tests will work since they are targeting the N antigen of the virus. And so far, the N antigen remains conserved in these variants.
